The hotel is in a peaceful and unbeatable location just off the center, near Kastoria's lake and public areas. the staff was very professional and genuinely friendly, including the owner.

This hotel is wonderful. I think it has the best price/quality ratio in all Greece. I received two connected double rooms according my wishes made during the reservation. Also I received a free upgrade from Crystal building to golden building. The swimming pool is fantastic and also open to the general public. Good atmosphere at the pool. I think the spa services are also great although I was with children there and had no time for it. A stop in Kastoria at this hotel for 2 or 3 days is even worth if you haven't lost anything there.

It was very warm in the corridor to access the rooms. The fried eggs in the breakfast should better be prepared on demand.

Nicely designed and clean rooms

-The airco is functioning centrally and most of the times the rooms are too hot. The swimming pool is also open for persons outside the hotel and therefore on hot days as a hotel guest you may have problems finding lounge seats.
